- ID Required: Valid photo ID matching the order name must be presented
- Signature: Digital signature required on delivery device
- Inspection: You may open package to verify contents before payment
- Exact Change: Please prepare exact amount; drivers carry limited change
- Re-delivery: If first attempt fails, one free re-delivery scheduled

❌ Cancellations & Changes
Contact us immediately for cancellation requests. We process orders within 24 hours, so speed is essential. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our 14-day policy.

- 14-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are buyer's responsibility (unless item is defective)
- Refunds processed within 5 business days of receiving returned item
